#2017MakeNine + Top 5 Reflections/Goals

Happy New Year Everyone!  I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the winter break with the kiddos and the long weekend with my husband. The weather has been beautiful so we spent quite a few days beachside-perfect way to start out the year! Here’s my last TOP 5: My Reflections + Goals plus my #2017MakeNine! Reflections: It’s been a busy year! I made 31 pieces for me plus countless more for the kids! Moving is not conductive to getting anything done! Top 5: Non Sewing Highlights-My Family Year in Review

2016 was an eventful year for my little family! Here’s my second TOP 5 Post for 2016: my non-sewing related Highlights!  I tried to pick 5 but so much happened this year that I decided instead to put together a little family year in review.  This year so much less sewing then usual because of all the big changes we had.  Selling our condo in Naples, Making the move to Plantation, the start of school for BOTH my kiddos and my first months back to work after 8 years as a Stay at Home Momma! I always have a million projects going right before the holidays so taking a break and looking back on everything I’ve worked on over the year is so refreshing. Top 5 Hits: Lantern Sleeve Blouse                      Donna Karan Chartreuse Dress V1489  Rust Organic Cotton Twill Culottes B5504/Holly Hack  Mommy + Me Colfax Dresses        […]

I want to take the time […]

Top 5- Non-Sewing Highlights

I’m back with another Top 5 post.  This week I’m sharing my non-sewing highlights for the year.  For me that’s my family.  If I’m not sewing I’m focused on my role as a Stay at Home Mom to my two kiddos Nigel and Ami and wife to my awesome husband Vic.  Nigel is now in 1st grade-where has the time gone!!!- and Ami starts Kindergarten next year.  This is my last year with a kiddo at home all day! I thought for this post I’d share a little glimpse into our family life by sharing some family photos. A mini year in review. It’s lovely seeing how […]
